The elder scrolls online problem logging in

So this is kinda weird problem, I've downloaded The Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited and installed it, made my avatar and when I hit that PLAY button I'm stuck at the 'logging in' screen for like a minute and then im redirected to the account login page with the error message "sorry a problem has occured try logging in after some time". I tried to run this game on my cellular 4g data via usb tethering after some time and guess what it works perfectly. But for some reason it won't work with my broadband(6mbps). Any solutions for this? I've already tried port forwarding, Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks!

I've heard that the ESO Servers have been having some problems with people signing in lately but since you got it to work with your phone it might just be your internet speed. 6 megabits per second is very slow. You might want to upgrade your internet package.
