Windows store disappeared

Idk how but the windows store doesn't show up when i search it on the start menu or when i look through installed apps, yet Skype preview and all my other apps still remain on my pc.  How do i get windows store back?  Will doing a Reset fix this?  (I'm on windows 10)

Thank you and I already tried the method on the link, can I choose the Keep my files option when i reset the pc?  Like what will that do or get rid of?

Ok, and it will reinstall any preinstalled apps, right?  Ex: Windows Store
