HDD not bootable?

so i just got a new HDD for my computer since the other one died and im trying to install windows and when i get to the screen to choose the drive i click on it and i dont have any options except new and it says that windows cant boot to this drive it may not be supported but i used to have the same drive it just stopped working so i got a new one its a WD black 1 tb

none that pop up other than when it says at the disk choosing screen where it says windows cant boot to that disk

Since the error says: "Ensure that the disk controller is enabled in the computer bios menu" Restart your computer and then go to the BIOS. Once you enter the BIOS please take a screenshot.

i also tried changing the sata mode that didng work

i tried formatting it on another PC that already has windows installed and i used CMD to format it and it says diskpart encountered an error Data error <cyclic redundancy check>
