Will the VS450 fit?

I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF and I'm thinking of upgrading my PSU to VS450. Also, my Specs. are below and an image of my Motherboard.

I'd rather stick with OEM PSU rather than getting another bad quality Corsair VS

 

Anyway looking at pics the Dell 7010 SFF uses OEM proprietary PSU so no won't fit

The VS power supplies are ATX size, so most likely wouldn't fit in a SFF OEM case.

 

You'd be better sticking with the stock OEM supply rather than upgrading to a VS.

Dell OEM PSUs for Optiplexes are higher-quality than the VS series from Corsair, regardless of whether they'll fit or not. And no, it wouldn't fit.
