I have been putting off this build for months now waiting to see how everyone who built a Ryzen liked or disliked it.  My needs are for photo editing with Photoshop, Lightroom and limited video editing with Premiere.  I don't play a ton of new high end games, mostly War Thunder, but was looking at Stellaris.  I already have a case, keyboard, mouse, and monitor (LG 34UM59-P 34" 21:9 FreeSync IPS Monitor).  What I am looking for is advice on the MOBO, RAM, and Graphics card.  My budget is over $2000 USD for these items.  I just want the best components that have the least problems. I am not looking for the most expensive, but highest quality.  I do not need a bunch of RGB lighting, and I am looking for silent machine.  Black theme, but color isn't that important, my case only has half window.  I do not do much overclocking and from what I have read on here the 1700 will be fine vs the 1700X.  I hope you guys can help with my build!!  Thanks for the help!

I think the Ryzen 1700 will be enough, I don't think I need the 1800X.  The Memory concerns me, I have read a lot of problems with slower speed ram with the Ryzen?
