javaw.exe High CPU Usage

I don't have any java applications open as far as I can tell, and my java tells me that it's up to date. When I close the task, nothing happens, so it clearly isn't affecting my open programs, hence almost no memory usage.

Here are a couple of screenshots:

I've tried going to details and opening file location, to make sure that it isn't a badly coded trojan:

Any ideas? I've been closing it manually for the past 4 months and it's getting on my nerves.

Edit: Before anyone asks, yes, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing it.
