I carry my pc around a lot to couch parties, and the 450D is just becoming too heavy and cumbersome to move around so often.

I've always wanted to do a small PC build, and building in an HTPC case looks like great fun.

I'm thinking of getting the ML08 with handle (The sleek brother of the RVZ02).

I just want to check everything will perform well before I buy it.

Heres what I have at the moment:

CPU Intel i5-6600K @ 4.4GHz

Cooler Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo

Mobo ASRock Z170 PRO4

RAM 18GB (2 x 8GB) Ballistix Sport DDR4 2400MHz

Graphics Reference Radeon RX480

Storage 3 x 256GB Samsung 840 Pro (weird but don't judge)

PSU Corsair RM650 (the yellow one, not the RM650i)

Obviously some parts won't fit in the ML08 so I'm thinking of changing to:

A Noctua NH-L9i (because Noctua looks amazing) but lower the CPU to 4.0GHz

ASUS Z170i Pro Gaming ITX mobo

and the Corsair SF600 for the PSU

The other parts should be fine.

How good are these swaps? I'm interested to know if there are any better alternatives?

Is 4.0GHz a suitable clock? My thinking is that the cooler can get fresh air easily from the side vents.

N.B. Cooler clearance is 58mm
