GTA V Error 17

Hello,

Since a few days I cant play GTA anymore. I starts the game like always and it stays in "Intializing Social Club" a good 30 seconds and then redicts me to THIS error. I tried the Steam cache thing and deleting Rockstar Social Club folders. Thanks for any answers.

Go to C:\Users[username]\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V and delete the 'settings.xml file,

After that go to profiles folder, inside which you will find another folder named something like '6352CFD4' go inside that folder and delete 'cfg.dat' and 'pc_settings.bin' files. Do not delete any other files or your game save will reset.
