Media PC not booting

Youll find the spec of the PC in my signature for my SFF media pc.

 

Its been working fine til lately.

 

I press the power button. The blue power LED turns on. But thats it. Fans arent spinning or anything.

 

Whats some common things to check when trying to figure out whats wrong?

 

Anything I should try do to fix this?

do what  @Sack said and if that does not work open the PC and disconnect all the power leads to everything and useign the 24 pin connector try jumping the PSU and see if it turns on or not.
