There are non. Each card behaves differently. Try on your own after an LTT guide or something. It's pretty easy.

Increase a little every time, stress your gpu with something like msi kombustor for a little, then increase a little more. If screen goes blank or there is anything weird on the screen, decrease back a little. That's your "safe", and still it really isn't. I believe I OC'd my 970 up to 15%, increasing by 50 MHz every time.

All GPU'S overclock slightly differently so we don't have any recommended overclocks set in stone.
