Problem with Nvidia Share / Shadowplay

I used to be able to use instant replay to record the last 1 minute of gameplay in 1080p

But now i press Instant Replay shortcut key during game it only records at 720p instead of 1080p 

I tried changing the Resolution setting manually to 1080p but it still records replays at 720p

 

I've already used DDU to re-install the most current drivers 

 

My Shadowplay settings for Instant Replay:

Replay Length: 1 minute

Quality: High

Resolution: In-Game (all my games are running at 1080p)

Framerate: 60fps (Default)
Bit Rate: 50 mbps (Default)
