Long Booting Windows10

Hey, After last win10 update 1703 I am facing issue with impossibly long booting time on my PC. System stay on black screen with skyblue windows logo for like 2 minutes, then log in 1 second and I am ready to use it. The problem is that only starting program I am using is my audio driver and thats it Anyone has any idea what could solve the problem?

Already was trying:

Unplugging any devices [Same problem with only PC power cable and my display cables]

Disabling / Enabling Pagefile

Disabling / Enabling a lot of services

Removing all my other hard drives

Any ideas :D?

Posting it twice won't help

Fast Boot has likely been reset to No during update.

Go into your bios and see if Fast Boot is disabled.

fast boot or not it shouldn't take 2 minutes at the logo screen on an ssd

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*

What SSD is it on? Your 850 or Cruicial drive?

Also how old is the drive?

With fast boot disabled AND fast startup disabled, my boot time is around 30 seconds with a Sandisk SSD. Around 15 - 20 seconds with fast boot enabled and fast startup enabled. This is with a UEFI install and CSM disabled.

1) Check if fast boot and fast startup are enabled.

2) Check your startup programs in the task manager, disable any programs such as Steam or Discord on startup.

3) Run a virus scan, remove any threats if you have any.

If none of these work, I'm not sure there's anything else you can do except for a reinstall of Windows and hoping it speed up things. If you do decide to reinstall Windows, I HIGHLY recommend you install it in UEFI mode to get the most out of your SSD. UEFI mode can shave 5 - 10 seconds off of Windows boot time.

Hope this helps, but next time try not to double post - I also tried to help you on your other post.

Ok guys, somehome I fixed it for now by disabling Quick Boot from my BIOS mobo, then launching the system (it took 2 minutes) Then I went to the bios and enabled Quick Boot again AND it worked for now, it take like 5 seconds to load the system since black screen with logo appears :) Still not as good as windows7 but I can deal with that :P
