MSI Gaming App not recognizing CPU

I am having an issue where my MSI Gaming App isn't displaying my CPU information - and when I go to edit what is displayed on the OSD all of the CPU options are greyed out.

I am running an i7-7700k and a GTX 1080ti. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much.
