So,

I'm running a AMD FX-4350 @4.20GHz, 8GB of ram, a GTX 980ti, and Windows 10 Pro, and I've been trying to create a OSX Mavericks VM on VirtualBox for a while now and no matter what I try to do to get it to work I just keep getting the Guru Meditation error message. I have the VM set to use 2 cores, 2gb of ram, and 16mb of vram.

That's due to a number of things. First, you can't run Mac OS X in VirtualBox natively (I have gotten it to work sometimes, but it's a true pain in the a$$) and second, you can't run Mac OS X on an AMD based computer, unless the maker of the hackintosh ISO file has added AMD support (which would probably be finicky, to say the least). I see you're new here, so I'd like to tell you that "Hackintosh" subjects aren't allowed.
