-Nobody sane would buy a locked i5. For the cost of a i5 7500 + the beQuiet! cooler, I reckon you could grab a R5 1600 and just use the stock cooler.

-The power supply could be better. Get a CX450/550M instead.

-Intel Optane is a gimmick. Buy a regular SSD like any normal person.
