budget collage laptop

look for a laptop for collage i would like it to be able to do some gaming but this is not necessary i'm looking to spend around £600

for a non-gaming laptop that will last you look at older Thinkpad with 3rd or 4th gen i7, replace the hdd with an ssd and add 16gb ram, igpu should allow basic gaming. if you could spend a bit more get a dell Inspiron 7000.

has an overheating problem, if OP can deal with that its a really solid laptop.

I always wanted to put my computer by my window where I can blast the fucking ac into it.
