After upgrading to a new system with an i7 4770k and ga-z87x-d3h I keep getting a boot loop after a cold boot. No mater what I do this continues until I swap out the memory. It came with corsair vengeance which I thought was the issue when I swapped it out for my old g.skill kit. But then next cold boot I experienced the same issue until I changed back to the vengeance. So to fix the issue I have tried the following and had no luck.

I have:

Swapped memory with different kits ( corsair vengeance lp) and (g.skill ripjaws)

Flashed bios to the latest version (f9)

Tried different configs of memory. 1 stick, 2 sticks, three sticks, etc. I also tried each slot with each config.

I tried using the intel on-board graphics instead of my gpu.

Reset all bios settings.

I replaced the cmos battery with a known reliable and working one.

Removed all peripherals

Removed all sata and phi-e connections.

Sometimes it will boot then get the windows 10 error "inaccessible boot device". But not always.

Here are my specs:

Make sure you didn't scratch the motherboard and cut a trace, otherwise you may have a defective board and need to RMA it.

If I cut a trace would that not just mean the board wouldn't work at all? I mean it works perfectly fine now it has booted.
