bought a new rx 470 

and installed to my system

pentium g3260

asus h81m d 

8 gb hyberx blue

fsp 450 watt psu 

it boots with out the gpu 

please when i installed it I only see the asus logo then black screen

You have the bare minimum recommended PSU for using the RX470.  That's one thing I can see.  Might be having trouble fully initializing the card.

 

Tried a different display connector to see if it shows anything?

Also to be sure, you're using the display connector on the card, and not the motherboard, right?

yeah I'm using the hdmi port in the grabics card. 

I also tried disabling my intel gpu ang removing drivers but it still wont go pass that logo of asus
