Utilizing GPU compute power in virtualization?

HI

I am using my old gaming rig as a virtualization server running ESXi at the moment and in a few days my current rig is joining it. I was wondering about using a GPU to supplement compute power in virtualization, is it possible? I have searched around and can't find anything. Does the technology exist ? and what would it cost? What type of GPU would me compatible? I have an 6870 that is no longer in use and at the moment only use a GT210 in my ESXi server for dislplay.

i would be cool :D but i dont think it is posible with esxi or even with any other programm
