Do I need a AVR?

Title. Not sure where to put this but I think it belongs here. I have one rn but my PC is pretty meh. From what I've read voltage is a factor. My place has a solid consistent voltage and sometimes brownouts happen due to cars crashing into power lines. (I live on a main road)

Just really probably don't want to fry my PC. I can post my future specs for how much it should protect I guess.

Bet you can't say my name 3 times fast.

UPS with AVR would be a better option
