So i really want to get ethernet connection for my gaming needs, but my router is not anywhere close to my PC. I was thinking of getting a Powerline device and I need somebody to give me some advice between the 2 i can get. #1: https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16833127536

Both will work decently if you have good enough wiring, but for gaming, in real life though, you will probably add 5-10 ms base ping time, IMO still better than wireless, but if you at all can, physically running an Ethernet cable will give you the best performance

Both are good enough for your case. If you can afford the TP Link then get that 1. If not, the D Link would work perfectly fine as well.

Unfortunately a 15 meter ethernet cable going through the entire apartment isn't a possibility. And what do you mean add ping? Would my ping be worse than it is right now?

Well the building is pretty new, so the wiring should be up to standards.
