Here is my setup:

tl;dr:

H100i pump is red, fans running high, CPU temps out the wazoo. System boots to BIOS. Pump's power lead is not detected by the mobo. Help.

Details:

I returned to my dorm after an exam to find the LEDs on my pump red (they are normally white), the radiator fans at full speed, and my CPU temps at 100°C.

I rebooted the computer; no change.

I turned it off and moved the pump's power lead to a different motherboard header. When I turned it back on, everything seemed to be fixed. Lights were back to white, fans were going normal speed. I turned it off to replace the radiator (it has to be removed to access the mobo in my case).

When I turned it back on, it was back to red and high fans. This time it did not load the OS; it booted to BIOS. My SSDs are detected, but it isn't showing Windows as a boot option.

The power header to which the pump is attached shows up as empty. This happens no matter which header I attach it to; all headers successfully detect normal fans. The radiator fans (which are connected to a lead on the pump) are fully powered.

The pump's USB connection is detected by the mobo, just not the power lead.

I'm not running Corsair LINK or anything like that. I have MSI Afterburner installed, but I only use it because it can send readings to the LCD on my keyboard. I do not use it for fan control or overclocking.

The system is not overclocked.

I have no idea what is going on. How should I proceed?

How about install corsair link and see how it goes. The rad is installed above the pump correct? Or atleast the hoses are going above the pump if the rad is mounted as an intake.
