Random black screen - Need help!

Hi guys!

Since a few weeks now my computer just gives a random black screen, this happens while just browsing the web, gaming, editing or just anything els.
And it's not just my computer going in idle, first the screen freezes for one or two seconds, then it turns black but I am still able to hear the audio.
At this point I am also able to talk back to my friends on discord, but after like five seconds this will also stop working and the audio sound will loop it self.
When this happens the only way to shut down my computer is by holding the power button.

The most annoying thing is that it sometimes happens from 3-5 times a day, but on some days it doesn't happen at all.

I have no clue where to start troubleshooting and how to fix this problem. I have searched the web multiple times but wasn't able to find a working solution.

Does any of you know where I have to start troubleshooting?

Might be a driver playing games with you.

 

Updated GPU drivers?

Have u tried turning ur pc on and off?

 

But try to download new drivers to gpu, mayby the screen is fucked up

Thanks for the quick replies, but tried this few weeks ago. Reinstalled the drivers and updated them, but no result.

What computer parts do you have? I got one friend that I think have the exakt same problem but sometimes it can go up to 4 days before the black screen starts.

Still need help, more then ever. I just did a fresh re installation of Windows 10 because I thought that it could be a complicated driver problem but the problem still occurs.
