2 graphics cards lowering preformance

I just installed a gt 610 for a secunday screen, and i'm getting the preformance of that one insted on my main one (gtx 745)

Help?

Make sure your primary monitor is set to the one being output on the faster card.

If none of your games are seeing the performance of the faster card, then it isn't, because most games default to the primary output.

You could also check if NVIDIA control panel set the faster card as the PhysX card for some reason.

Weird that the witcher 3, CS GO, rise of the tomb raider and other's Triple A titles doesn't use the primary graphics card...

Cant open the NVIDIA control panel looooool

How about you reinstall the driver. If that card is the main display that's the only thing the cards can use and there is no way around that.
