So my Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 has core and SoC voltage.  The issue is, there is not set voltage just the ability to:

Decrease core voltage to -0.300V

Increase core voltage to +0.300V

Increase SoC voltage to +0.300V

I set my core voltage to +0.120V which put my R5 1600 to 1.356V and SoC voltage to +0.150V and seems stable at 2666MHz ram.  Temps stayed under 80*C during testing AIDA64.  But I have no way of monitoring the SoC voltage at all.

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.
