-Not for content creation, Mostly gaming at 180p 120hz and YouTube

-I just want to know if I'm going to have any major issues with assembly or major bottlenecks

180p.... I think you will be able to achieve at least 800 FPS in all titles.

I'd recommend going for something like the silver labelled Corsair CX550m, as it's a better PSU based on what I know and shouldn't be much more expensive.
