Forza 6 not staring

i downloaded forza 6 apex last night and it just goes full screen black and after 10 sec it just closes 

windows 10 pro 1703 

readon 17.4.4

rx 470 4gb

q6700 @ 3.2 ghz

8 gb ram

I don't thin your cpu meets the miniumum requirements check here: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=23714&game=Forza Motorsport 6: Apex

yeah could be but to the spec page on any game i doesn't, but i still run most modern games. it doesn't give me an error that says i do not meet minimum spec. i saw other issues online and error comes up if you don't meet the minimum spec

Hmmm. I would recommend testing your pc and then using game debate to see if your pc is compatible....

ok. i have done that on all of my game and none of them say the cpu is enough but they all work pretty good

Once the hardware is scanned and submitted, go on there website and compare the games specs to the result you got.

yeah it say 74% for minimum but other games such and infinite warfare are less but it still runs okay

i would understand if it ran bad thats fine but it doesn't even start

74% for minimum..., Did you get a fail on the report? because after the scan is finished you are able to select a game, on forza 6, did it say fail?

i see people online running it on worse cpus like q6600. not very good but it opens and plays

Edit: Seems strange, it doesn't fail...But there is a CPU bottleneck for sure.
