Windows Creator update and problems with freezing

Since my windows 10 updated to newest patch i am no longer "allowed" to alt tab games because if i do when i return to them they are frozen. Sound still works but picture is frozen. After i end it with ctrl alt delete and try entering game again it is frozen from the moment i enter it, don't even need to alt tab to freeze it. As long as i don't alt tab its 100% fine normal gaming. I noticed with creator update that it also installed new gpu driver despite me already having normal radeon drivers. I am considering reinstalling gpu drivers to see if it fixes it. In the meantime i would like to hear what you have to say about those freezes. As i said i need to ALT TAB then games freezes WITH sound going NORMALLY as if i were playing and when i relaunch they still are frozen and sound still works.

i3 2100 CPU
Rx 470 Power Color Red Dragon 4GB GPU
Raidmax 700w PSU
Toshiba dt01aca100 1gb Hard disk
Msi h61m-p22 b3 Motherboard

Well to answer my own post since noone know/wants It was the GPU driver. Windows 10 Creator update driver for gpu was screwing with my radeon driver so i just reinstalled it cleanly (driver) and now i can perfectly alt tab and have 0 problems >.> If anyone has trouble like me then just reinstall GPU drivers
