Wait or get new ones?

I ordered two x5670 Xeons for $24, ordered them last Thursday on ebay, but they still  haven't shipped yet, so I'm not sure if I got a dodgy seller or not. Majority of the other parts are coming this week, so should I keep waiting for them, or should I snag two E5530s for cheap in the meantime, and sell them when/if the x5670s arrive? I have the intention to validate the parts and possibly arrange them for a case layout before I have to store them the summer...
