do you think I can stream csgo at 720p 60fps with this build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/yJad/saved/VpCcf7 ,the ram is 3000 mhz, just doesnt show it on pcpartpicker

Yes but I would personally pay a few more dollars and get a different brand GPU, perferablly MSI, Sapphire, Asus or XFX.
