Sometimes when I am starting a game my computer will freeze it is not the hardware 1060 and í5600k with 16gb of ram as well as Ctrl+Shift+esc doesn't work or Ctrl alt Delete

Do you have adequate cooling? You could have:

A. Lots of dust

B. bad cpu cooler

C. a really hot room
