If i hit ctrl alt delete i just get a black screen and my mouse cursor hitting enter doesn't do anything i have to press esc to exit. when i try to do something that requires the admin password the box does not appear but the screen goes gray as if it were open i also do not have a mouse cursor at this point to exit this i have to press ctrl alt del then press esc to exit out of that. i cannot access the system settings when i click the button from the windows symbol in the bottom left. windows defender keeps disabling. All of this started happening after i updated my computer and went to bed then left it for a couple of days came back to do some work and then all of these problems start happening. The only way i can access these things is if i boot up in safe mode with networking when i do this all of the problems are gone.
