"There was a problem resetting your PC."

Please for the love of god. I want to wipe my pc and start a new but sadly can't I have a 2TB HDD and I have Window 10 on a Disc with a key. I need a fresh start.
I tried to reset it to factory, failed. Tried wiping the whole dang thing, failed. Please help.

When you boot with CD/USB, do you select to install or repair? And when you are at selecting partition, have you formatted selected partition? You might need to use external tool for format if Windows installer can't for some reason do it.

I tried both including the installation tool and it didn't help anything at all. It won't boot off HDD now but it willaunch me to another screen. I think I need a new hard drive :(
