Well the issue is that I have this XFX Radeon R9 380 that from some time to now the fans stop working sometimes, when the card gets really heated out the fans try to work but not all the time, and of course my pc turns off because of this sometimes when it get to 100° or more, so do you guys have any idea of what could be happening? maybe change the fans or Rip the card and get another one? any advise will help me! thx guys

Clean the fans thoroughly and reapply the thermal paste, I would also use DDU to remove the driver and reinstall it. If the problem persists then upgrade the GPU, maybe RX480 8GB.
