Hey Everybody I'm new here so I have no idea how this community is, so far it looks great.

So I'm trying to build a all around PC great at gaming and game developing, among other tasks i.e. browsing the web and listening to music.

So far I've built this on pcpartpicker:
AMD Cheap Game Development Build

New PC build.

Intel/AMD Game Development PC

(Alright tear this one apart too thanks for the help by the way)

I'm trying really hard to keep it at least 100-50 CAD bellow 1000 for obvious shipping and tax rape.
Please if you could suggest any changes below that be great.

!.THANKS IN ADVANCE.!

Also if anyone is interested for any reason the game I'm aiming to develop is here:

My Website(Note: everything is still in development for my website so nothing is finalized yet)

Get a RYZEN 5 1600 instead and get a single RX 480 instead of 2 460's.  This build is cheaper and better at everything I can think of.  The included stock cooler for Ryzen is great so no need for an aftermarket cooler

PCPartPicker part list: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/TDWPNN
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor  ($289.98 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($128.99 @ PC Canada)
Memory: PNY Anarchy 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($111.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Storage: Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive  ($96.57 @ Amazon Canada)

Build looks pretty good, and your website is nice. Although you've got some typos on your website. I'd advise fixing those. It just adds a sense of professionalism* and polish to your website. Otherwise, people will think you're some 30 year old in their Mom's basement, eating Doritos and saying, "Come play my game its super cool LOL!!!!". What you want them to know, is that you are a motivated individual working hard to bring them a product they will enjoy. ;) Best of luck!

Awesome! Me and my cousin are messing around in that. The best part is I don't have to remember any code! (Not my strong point. I can learn it, but not remember it)
