Task Manager Service Host: Local System (18) CPU usage?

I know this is wierd, but when playing I saw my CPU usage was spiking higher than it usally do, and I looked  I have a task Service Host: Local System (18) eating 20+ CPU. 

I don't know what I should do, it usally doesn't eat any CPU when just having 3 chrome tabs opened and steam.. right now it's eating 20+ all time.

Anyone know what is going on? I've used CMD sfc /scannow didn't change, rebooted my PC, didn't work.

I'm thinking, can it be that BSOD i got earler when my PC just turned on and was idle?

Uhm, maybe it is.. Malwarebytes wont even scan

Sorry for spam, think it might have been some Windows updates, so my PC is just updating, and the CPU usage fell, when It was done, now it's just stuck at Getting Windows Ready Don't turn off  your computer, surely hope it's done soon

I don't know but after 30 minutes something Windows module installer keep hogging 20-30 CPU usage, so i got so annoyed I ended the task, malwarebytes is acting wierd, it just wont scan anything on my PC
