VAC help! (Virtual Audio Cable)

So I have a VAC (Virtual Audio Cable) from vb-audio and whenever I play music through it on TS3 it glitches sometimes and sounds terrible. I have set the audio codec in my TS3 music room to the following (https://gyazo.com/28af02a15243e34a439aaf05ad0e4f1d) but it still glitches sometimes and sound almost metallic at times. Any help about how to fix the problem? Thank you! :P
