OK then find a USB TypeA connector and a female 4-pin fan connector, cut the cables, solder the correct leads in, and away you go. this should not be that hard to figure out. if you're looking for something you can just outright BUY, i can't help you.

Ok so can I just leave the controllers out and just have it run on the positive and negative. Sorry I'm new to rewiring

yes, absolutely. the motors in the fans themselves are still DC motors.
