Fan on 9v?

Is there a way I can hook up a 4 pin CPU or case fan to a 9volt?  I have 9 volt connectors and USB stuff. Just something like a 4 pin male to USB cuz I can't find any

just make one. just strip the -/+ leads and connect to the battery.

I want to keep the pins itself because I was planning on using a fan I might use after. Am I able to still use it or hook up to USB?

OK then find a USB TypeA connector and a female 4-pin fan connector, cut the cables, solder the correct leads in, and away you go. this should not be that hard to figure out. if you're looking for something you can just outright BUY, i can't help you.

Ok so can I just leave the controllers out and just have it run on the positive and negative. Sorry I'm new to rewiring

yes, absolutely. the motors in the fans themselves are still DC motors.
