You do realize that the Xeon W3520 is only a quad core CPU whereas the X5670 is a hexa core CPU right?

Also the x5670 has a higher clockspeed so it is the better CPU for gaming, assuming you don't overclock.

Are you going to be doing anything other than gaming on the PC? Any content creation or video encoding?

I'm thinking about getting the cheapest one, and then getting a better gaming setup ( better processor and DDR4 RAM). I will be using the RX 480 8Gb on it.

Yeah the gaming shouldn't be that much of a difference. It would have been a huge difference if you did any content creation though so that's why I asked lol.
