Ramdisk for HDD cache

hey guys, I have been meaning to do this for a while, but work and and a plethora of games have kept me busy. I want to set up a couple gigs of my RAM as a mini ramdisk/cache for my 2TB Seagate drive, I move a lot of files around as well as my steam library is on that drive, so the increased performance would be nice. Any help or advice would be very usefull
