DVI issues on my pc

My dvi wont show display on my monitor after initial boot up. It will display until the log in screen is brought up then it will not show anything and will go into hibernation. i have had this issue with two monitors of the same resolution. Yet when i plugged in my tv through hdmi it worked flawlessly.  All help and suggestions will be appreciated and thank you in advance.
