Issue connecting PS4 controller via bluetooth

So I got tired of my ps4 controller disconnecting all the time via the micro usb, so i decided to buy a Bluetooth receiver.

 

For some odd reason, it can find my bluetooth devices but is unable to pair with them.

 

Anyone able to help?
