CPP-Ethereum not found in repository

So I'm trying to install cpp-ethereum onto my ubuntu box, but nothing is working. I am using the official ubuntu ppa guide, and have installed all three repositories for cpp-ethereum: ethereum/ethereum, ethereum/ethereum-qt, and ethereum/ethereum-dev

 

 

Yet apt still can't find the stupid package. What the fuck is wrong with the repository? 

E: Unable to locate package cpp-ethereum

 

My native language is C++
