NEEDED: Cloud database sharing

Hello

 

It's been quite a while since I visited the forum.

 

I am looking for a program or service that will work for my (arguably specific) application.

I have two different PC's (one for the office, one for when I'm away).

 

These two PC's need to have a shared database, which is must always be up to date on both PC's (client database).

(When I edit something on one PC, it needs to update to the other PC).

This shouldn't be a problem with any cloud solution as long as I have internet on both devices.

 

No when I'm away the problem is I don't always have internet.

So I can only edit and save the file locally.

 

This is the problem I have.

• I need the cloud service to automatically upload the most recent file.
• When I forget to load the new files when leaving my office, I don't want the file I create when I'm away overwrite the changes I made when I was at the office.
  • Essentially, when uploading the database, the two databases need to be compared and only the new information needs to be replaced.

I don't know if this is really possible.

 

 

ALTERNATIVELY.

I need a good, absolutely silent (fully passively cooled) laptop, with a great and seamless docking solution (like the setups where one USB-C Cable takes care of everything).

Any Ideas?
