Ipv6 not connecting

My Ipv 4 says connected to Internet 

But my ipv6 says no Internet access 

I cant load stuff on Internet browsers like Google chrome 

Any ideas or help 

I use comcast as my isp

Contact your isp, and see if ipv6 is even enabled

IPv6 not having connectivity won't affect many sites, since the internet is still pretty much IPv4

 

more than likely, you might need to configure IPv4 with the correct DNS settings/get your ISP to fix your internet
