Chome not working!

I have a dell inspiron 3541 with amd a6 and running windows 10. So the problem is that a few months back chrome suddenly stopped working on my laptop.  Stopped as in it wouldn't open most of the time and when it did open it would close after at most a minute. It doesn't show an error message for crashing or anything, it just closes. I tried uninstalling and re-installing it so many times. I sent feedback reports to google. They even replied with a few suggestions on twitter when I tweeted about it. The problem still persists.

 

I don't know where the problem is, I've also deleted my user profile on chrome and tried to use chrome as a guest but it still closes very quickly after opening. I'm using firefox now and while it's fine I'd rather use chrome. The only thing I haven't done is re-install windows. Will that solve anything? Any help would be much appreciated.
