What GPU do you have?

You're currently using the basic microsoft render driver, which is built into the OS and uses your CPU to handle graphical tasks, not the actual hardware.

idk

Yep, it is. Download it and run it, your screen will flash during installation but you should be able to take advantage of your graphics card in all games.

Ok thx ..Now i'm downloading it.

If you have microsoft basic drivers, you haven't installed GPU drivers yet, which is practically first thing to ever do.

My stuff:

RAM : 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 @ 3600MHz

Mouse : Logitech G502 HERO SE | Keyboard : Mountain Everest Max w/ Cherry MX Brown

Headset : Beyerdynamics DT990 Pro 250Ω w/ AT2020USB+

Monitor : Acer XF240H @  144Hz

Yes, I did read the thread. Also, OP doesn't seem very experienced with computers. I was pointing out, that installing drivers for GPU is one of the most important and first things you should do.
