Looking for a program

Hello, A while back I had a program that would allow my mouse to go onto another screen while gaming without using alt tab. Like for instance, when a mouse was usable on my first monitor while playing a game, I could click on my second monitor in full screen and it would not alt tab out of the game.

 

I CANNOT FIND THIS PROGRAM ANYWHERE. I have no idea what it was called or anything. I need a program similar and I wanted to see if you guys use any, or know of any. Thanks.
