Streaming Setup - $700 Budget

Hey guys. What do you think is best for a live streaming setup? I'm wanting good sound quality as well as good recording quality with vocal effects I can use on the fly.

 

Here is what I'm currently looking at:

 

Audio-Technica AT2035 Mic

Scarlett Solo + VoiceLive Play (~$450)

OR

Audio-Technica AT2035 Mic

Pod Studio UX2 + Pod Farm 2.5 (comes included, ~$350)

 

Which headphones should I get, as well? I mostly listen to hip-hop, EDM, and rock. I also play a lot of games. I'm currently looking at the M50X, because they have amazing reviews everywhere I look and I have a code to get them for only $126 on Audio Technica's website. What do you think? They need to be $200 or below to stay within the $700 budget. I'm currently using the Sennheiser GAME ONE headset, is it even worth getting new headphones?

 

Hoping to buy everything tonight so it gets here before the weekend, thanks for any advice.

I think you already got a lot of responses in your other threads. I still think a simple interface and microphone are adequate for streaming, plus whatever effects device fits in your budget. I don't know much about that kind of thing so I can't offer any help there.
