so I have recently upgraded my pc with a new RX 480 I have done some gaming with games like csgo and found my fps doesn't reach even close to other people's fps with the rx 480. I am only getting an average 115 fps while I see other people with upwards of 200 fps. i have a  athlon x4 860k which I thought might be bottlenecking but the cpu usage stayed around 70-80 wih seemed low for a bottleneck so i added a small overclock to 4ghz for a quick test and no improvement and the cpu sat at 60-70 percent then. also my GPU is factory oc and i added my own overclock on top of that for a base clock of 1380mhz and a memory clock of 2000mhz. I have tried benchmarking on unigine heaven and my score seems a little low there also. any suggestions?

cpu % is misleading, it counts all cores - check if only two cores are pinned at 100%, csgo is not particularly good at using multiple cores.

i did there wasn't one noticably higher than the others and the were all about 60-70 percent overlcocked
